Hi, my name is Tania and it's nice to meet you!


Combining my leadership qualifications, 30 years as a higher education professional and experience in a variety of management and leadership roles,  I have been delivering team building, leadership, strategy and planning workshops and supporting teams, managers and leaders for nearly 20 years..


In 2021, I founded Advantage Coaching and Consulting so I could use my passion for leadership development to support leaders and their teams to clarify their strengths, purpose, values and goals so they can unlock their full potential, develop confidence and gain the courage to lead their industries their way. The result is a more confident, approachable and influential professional who creates real change.


Alongside my leadership and coaching qualifications, I am a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, a Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development and an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach (ACC).


Our workshops and programs are empowering, engaging and deliver results and can be customised to suit your individual and/or organisational needs.

Individual Coaching Sessions

$550 (excl. GST) single 60 minute session

Six Session Coaching Package

$3,000 (excl. GST) 6 x 60 minute sessions.

Facilitation and Workshops

Short Workshop - single topic

Single 1 hour workshop or

$600 (excl. GST)
